The Future Is Uncertain. Now What? – Creative Agility, AI, and Futures Literacy in Action

On 12 November 2026, researchers from ZHAW will share insights into the project “CreAIgile Literacy – Disrupting AI.” They will show how creative agility transforms not knowing and contradictions into creative opportunities. They will also explore how, through shifting perspectives, collective exploration, and a reflective approach to AI, we can help shape possible futures without prematurely defining them.

How can we embrace uncertainty as an opportunity for something new, rather than searching for quick answers? Creative agility opens up new ways of navigating ambiguity, change, and not knowing. It combines creative, intuitive, and reflective abilities with perspective-shifting, collective meaning-making, and responsible action – including in the interaction between humans and AI.

At the closing event of the “CreAIgile Literacy – Disrupting AI” project, researchers, industry partners, and students will demonstrate how creative agility is being explored, researched, and developed across different learning and working contexts.

The event is aimed at people from education, business, society, and academia who are interested in shaping change collaboratively, creatively, and responsibly.

Following the presentations, an informal reception (Apéro) will provide an opportunity for personal exchange and networking.
