In the morning, a 6-member panel will lead the way on the Future on the Plate, addressing the questions: Where is the (Swiss) food service industry heading? Who will be serving whom tomorrow? And what?

A concluding Apéro (cocktail reception) will provide space to exchange new impressions with old and new acquaintances.
