Course Programme
The Academia-Industry Training (AIT) India supports researchers from Switzerland and India who want to turn their science into business. The program is funded by the Swiss Leading House South Asia. Together with our partners Swissnex in India and STARTUP CAMPUS we design this program to help participants explore the potential of their innovation in the Indian and Swiss markets.
The AIT India 2025/26 edition will consist of the following:
- Application deadline: July 20, 2025
- Jury day: August 27, 2025
- Kick-off seminary: September 25 to 26, 2025
- Seminary in India: November 16 to 22, 2025
- Seminary in Switzerland: March 15 to 21, 2026
Requirements
Master and PhD students or postdocs at a Swiss federal or cantonal university, university of applied sciences, university of teacher education, research institute or center of technological excellence,
- either with a concrete a startup idea based on their applied research
- or being a startup founder of an early-stage startup based on applied research.
